Standard weigh hoppers
1.3 litre hoppers for products with a small piece size with target weights of up to 1kg.
The target weight can be increased further by utilising the multi-dump feature.

Interface with automatic packing machines
Our multihead weighers are designed to work with a huge range of automatic and semi-automatic packing machinery and they can also be operated by manual control if you're looking at filling into pre-made bags, pouches, sachets, boxes, pots etc.
Automatic in-feed control [Loadcell]
Our multihead range utilise a load-cell in the main centre vibrator which can be connected to an in-feed system such as elevators and vibratory feeders in order to start and stop the feed when the weigher requires product.
This ensures that the weigher is never starved, or over-fed with product allowing it to maintain high speeds and accuracy.
Product memory and setup
Our multihead weighing machines come with storage to allow for a range of different products and setups to be stored so that getting ready for production can be done at the touch of a button.
Feedback and control
Intelligent software monitors each head and allows the user to quickly control the level of vibration per head in order to make running and accuracy more efficient over time. Automatic frequency control is also available.

Our multihead weighers offer many advanced features that can be enabled, tweaked and setup at any time.
Features includ stagger dumping, multi-dumping, auto-zeroing, counting or weighing, automatic frequency control, and more.
Modular design for easy cleaning and maintenance
Our range of multihead weighers all use a modular design allowing you to quickly and easily lift-off or unclip each contact part so that they can be cleaned, repaired or replaced.
Calibration and zeroing
The intelligent software system allows for automatic re-zeroing during production to ensure weights are correct and accurate as particulates build up on contact surfaces over time.
Re-calibration has also been made simple allowing for on-the-fly re-calibrating at any time before or after production.
Timing hoppers
Timing hoppers are an optional extra for our multiheads and can be purchased with the machine or separatley. Ask for details.
